Ensuring Accuracy

We’ll check each drawing before printing. If there’s any confusion or if instructions are unclear, we’ll get in touch to clarify. Should there be any errors in your order, we offer a refund, ensuring you get exactly what you need.

Determining Your Drawing Size

Not sure of your drawing size? It’s often indicated in the bottom corner near the drawing title. Alternatively, you can check the size in Adobe Reader by going to File, Properties, then Description. The paper size will be displayed there.

Sending us your files

You can email us your files if preferred. We’ll count them and provide a quote and payment link. If you have too many files for email, use our WeTransfer page for easy uploading.

File Types and Specifications

PDF Preferred: Prices are based on printing from PDFs. For AutoCAD DWG / DXF files, contact us for a custom quote as they can vary when opened on different computers.
Quality Prints: Printed on white 80gsm paper and machine folded to A4. Black & White prints are in greyscale; note that light blues and yellows may appear as light grey.
Service Limitations: Our service is not suitable for photos or posters; these require different printing machinery.
Additional Services: We also offer laminated and plastic paper plans, colour scanning, photocopying, and more.

Turnaround Time and Delivery

Most orders are printed and dispatched the same day. Our typical cut-off time for same day dispatch is 1pm, though this can vary. Delivery is via DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24, with a next working day service. For same day delivery within Greater London, please email us for a quote.
