File Setup & Proofing
For the best results, submit your artwork as a press-quality PDF with crop marks and a 3mm bleed to allow for edge-to-edge printing. Need help with file prep? We offer a helpful artwork guide for creating files in Canva or Adobe software. We also accept JPEG, TIFF, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher files, and can resize them for you as needed. Before printing, we’ll always send you a PDF proof for approval to ensure everything is perfect.

Material Options
Our synthetic sheets come in two thicknesses:

145 microns: Similar to 130gsm paper, offering flexibility and light durability
280 microns: Equivalent to 300gsm card, making it ideal for restaurant menus and heavy-duty applications, as it’s more resistant to creasing
