Traditional laminating cannot be recycled at all and is extremely bad for the environment. Our synthetic media is PET / PP plastic which is recyclable.

How it works
We'll need to have a file that we can print from.
Our prices are per design, so if you have 2 different designs, you'll need to make a separate order for each.
Simply work out the total number of prints you would like, any options, and Add to Basket.
During checkout, you'll be prompted to upload your file, and you'll be able to write any special instructions to us there.
We don't print anything automatically. We'll check your order, make sure we understand it, and email you a PDF proof for you to approve first. This will show the final layout as it would print, and allows you to check for any mistakes.
Once you approve your PDF proof, we'll get started and email you once we've finished.
File Types
- Our ideal file type is a PDF saved with 'press quality' settings, set up with cropmarks and 3mm bleed. This allows us to print edge-to-edge.
Please see our artwork guide on how to create one of these from Canva or Adobe software. - We also accept JPEG, TIFF, Microsoft Word / Powerpoint / Publisher, and we can resize your file for you.
- We'll always check your file send you a PDF proof to approve before printing.
Specifications
- Matte tearproof polymer is a new, more environmentally friendly alternative to laminating. It's a tearproof, waterproof, scratch-resistant plastic material. It's not shiny or glossy, and looks and feels quite similar to silk card. As a result, it feels very novel and tactile.
- 145mic feels roughly equivalent to 130gsm paper.
- 280mic feels equivalent to thick card (300gsm). It's much more durable than the thinner option, and less easy to crease. We recommend it for restaurant menus.
- The material we use is PET or Polypropylene.
- We print everything in full colour and at excellent quality. The prices are the same even if your design is black & white only.

- A6: 148 x 105mm (quarter of A4)
- A7: 105 x 74mm (eighth of A4)
- DL: 99 x 210mm (third of A4)
We don't print custom sizes, we may be able to resize your file to the nearest standard size.
Turnaround
- Production time starts once you have approved a PDF proof.
- Delivery is typically 1 working day, but can vary depending on where you are in the UK.
