How It Works

Prepare Your File: Create a file with one name per page. If you have 200 names, you should prepare a 200-page PDF.

Place Your Order: Add the total number of name cards you need to your basket. It’s a good idea to order a few extra, including some blanks, to accommodate any last-minute attendees.

Upload Your File: During checkout, you’ll be prompted to upload your file and provide any special instructions.

Proof Approval: We don’t print anything automatically. After reviewing your order, we’ll email you a PDF proof for approval. This proof shows the final layout, allowing you to check for any mistakes.

Printing and Delivery: Once you approve the PDF proof, we’ll start printing and email you once your order is ready. Production typically takes one working day, and delivery usually occurs the next working day, depending on your location in the UK.
File Specifications
For the best print quality, we recommend a correctly sized PDF with a 3mm bleed. If you’re unsure about this, a business card size works well for ID cards, and A6 is suitable for A7 badges. Refer to our artwork guide for detailed instructions on creating files using Canva or Adobe software. Remember, we need one name per page.
Quality and Materials
Our name badges are printed in full colour on 350gsm silk card, a thick, smooth, FSC-certified material with a slight finish. The prices remain the same, even if your design is black and white.

Badge Holders: We provide clear, open-faced, rigid, and biodegradable holders in portrait or landscape orientation.

A7 Holders: These are clear soft plastic pouches, more weatherproof than ID badge holders, suitable for visitor passes. They can be printed single or double-sided.

Lanyards: Our plain black lanyards are 45cm x 1cm, featuring a metal lobster clip and safety breakaway.

Badge Clips: Crocodile clips on plastic straps attach to badge holders, making it easy to wear the badges on clothes.
Assembly and Turnaround
We assemble all parts of your order together for your convenience. Production time begins once you approve the PDF proof and usually takes one working day. Delivery is typically the next working day, but this can vary based on your UK location.
